Getting in Contact
You can either call, text or email me ( more details are on my contact page) I will then be in contact with you to arrange an initial consultation session.
Free 30 minute Consultation
This is where you can see the room we will be working in, meet with myself and talk about what you are hoping to achieve from counselling. I will write down some details and together we can look at what you would like to be different and maybe set some therapy goals as a way forward. During this time I will also be willing to answer any questions you may have.
Each session will last for 50 minutes and usually takes place at the same time each week but I can be flexible to accommodate shift work and individual needs. During these sessions we will work with whatever you decide to bring each time you come in. Goals and progress will be assessed regularly throughout the counselling process.
I am a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP), a member of the BACP Children and Young People Division which means I follow their code of ethical and professional conduct. You can be assured that I provide a safe, secure and (mostly) confidential environment but there are legal limits to confidentiality within the BACP framework that all counsellors will offer. I will however explain all this during your consultation to avoid any worries or concerns.
