Getting in Contact
You can either call, text or email me (more details are on my contact page) I will then be in contact with you to arrange an initial consultation session either working face to face or on-line using Zoom or Skype or Telephone.
Free 30 minute Consultation
This is where you can see the room we will be working in, if working face to face, meet with myself and talk about what you are hoping to achieve from counselling. I will write down some details, explain how I work and together we can look at what you would like to be different and maybe set some therapy goals as a way forward. During this time I will also be willing to answer any questions you may have and will either email or give you a copy of my Privacy Notice letting you know what happens to any sensitive personal data you give me or I collect, this is working in line with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) from May 25th 2018.
Sessions
Each session whether they are face to face, one to one, couples, on-line or telephone will last for 50 minutes and usually will take place at the same time each week but I can be flexible to accommodate shift work and individual needs. During these sessions we will work with whatever you decide to bring each time you come in. Goals and progress will be assessed regularly throughout the counselling process.
